Margaret M Boyle, CPA, CVA (Maggie) is the managing partner of the Dental Group Companies. She is a University of Washington graduate, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
Maggie has been providing tax, consulting and planning services since 1990. In 1998, she partnered with Sam Martin to form Dental Group, LLC with the single-minded purpose of providing dentists with the proactive hands-on financial and tax services that they clearly need, want and deserve.
Maggie is one of six members of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Dental CPAs (ADCPA), a select group of 26 CPA firms throughout the US that provide progressive consulting, accounting and tax services to dental professionals.
Maggie has guest lectured at the University of Washington Dental School, SKCDS and many local study clubs.
Maggie and her husband live on Whidbey Island and enjoy traveling, cooking and being on the water in almost any boat (is 12 too many boats too have?).
The Dental Group, LLC, provides proactive, hands-on services to assist dentists to effectively manage their practices, plan for and reduce taxes, establish long-term financial goals and develop, implement and monitor plans to realize those goals. The firm has a subspecialty niche working with practice buyers and associateship/partnerships — providing comprehensive evaluation and transition consulting as well as business planning, financing and related consulting.
